Bibus is the trade name of Brest metropole's public transport network. The management and operation of this network has been entrusted to RD Brest (a subsidiary of the RATP Dev group) by Brest métropole under a public service delegation contract. The Bibus transport network offers a range of services: bus, tramway, cable car, transport reserved for people with reduced mobility, transport on demand, bicycle rental and park-and-ride and bicycle parking facilities. 25 million journeys were made on the transport network in 2023. RD Brest operates from various locations in Brest : the Bibus boutique in the city center, the tramway maintenance and operations center at Porte de Plouzané, the bus maintenance and operations center at Kergonan and the cable car premises at Ateliers des Capucins.
