Guipavas

Population: 15,050 inhabitants (in January 2022)

Surface area: 44,013 km²

Guipavas is an attractive, dynamic community spread over 3 urban areas: the town centre, Coataudon - le Rody and le Douvez. Each of these districts, located between land and sea, has its own personality and an undeniable quality of life. Bathed in greenery with the Stang-Alar and Costour valleys and the Cam valley, the town also has a seafront with the beaches of Pen an Traon and Moulin Blanc.

The town is also undergoing constant economic development in its various industrial and commercial zones, notably Froutven, Prat Pit, Kergaradec and Lavallot.

Brest Bretagne airport, located in the commune, also contributes to the attractiveness of the area.
